Screening (phone) Session
The screening session will be between 15 and 30 minutes long and is recommended before an intake session is scheduled. The purpose of the phone screening is to begin the therapy process and ensure that I can provide you with the services that you require. Only some therapists are the right fit for some clients. If there is no good fit between us, I will happily provide recommendations for other therapists in the area.

Diagnostic Evaluation and Intake Session
The diagnostic evaluation and intake session will last 60 minutes. We will begin by discussing privacy, confidentiality limitations, and other aspects outlined in the "Informed Consent." Then, I will gather biological, psychological, and social information about you. We will discuss what parts of your life need to be changed.

Individual counseling and psychotherapy standard sessions are 50-60 minutes.

Life coaching standard sessions are 32-45 minutes.

Couples Counseling and Psychotherapy sessions are 60 minutes.

I am in network with Aetna, United Health Care, BCBS, Cigna, Oxford, Oscar, Carelon, and Quest. I am not contracted with Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare.

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend your scheduled session, please cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the session. Otherwise, you will be charged for the missed session. Of course, "life happens," and I understand this. Emergencies and unique circumstances will be taken into consideration.
