Personality disorders such as borderline, narcissistic, and schizoid may be present if the person has a rigid and unhealthy thinking pattern, functioning, or behavior. They may have trouble perceiving and relating to situations and people. These difficulties can cause significant problems and limitations in relationships, social activities, work, and school.
